Pyroguard Protect and Jansen Janisol pave the way for new solutions in glass partitions
We’ve recently pushed the boundaries with our latest test success to offer a unique steel partition solution with Pyroguard Protect and Jansen Janisol C4.
Pyroguard Protect T-EI60/25-3 was tested in a portrait format featuring one of our largest glass pane to date in the Jansen Janisol C4 steel framing system. The tests took place at the Applus laboratory in Spain with the following features:
- Specimen dimensions 2950 x 3950 mm
- Framing system: Jansen Janisol C4
- Fire direction: Beads to fire
- Glazing: Largest pane 1810 x 3150 mm
This is the first time Pyroguard Protect EI60 has been tested in a portrait format with the Jansen Janisol C4 steel framing system and we’re proud to confirm it comfortably met the target requirements, achieving EI73 and E79. This recent success enables us to provide greater flexibility and opens up new possibilities for partition walls with approval for 2172 x 3780 mm; ≤ 6.90 m².
