Pyroguard Protect achives EI60 in Reynaers FlameLine 60 aluminium system
We are pleased to announce the successful fire testing of Pyroguard Protect in Reynaers’ new FlameLine 60 aluminium framing system, achieving EI60 fire performance.
Designed for fire-resistant applications, FlameLine 60 is a versatile aluminium framing system suitable for fire-rated doors, escape routes and partition walls.
The fire test, authorised and approved by DMT, Verl, Germany, covers the following scope:
- Construction type: Fire-rated doors and escape routes
- Fire ratings: EI60
- Glass types: Pyroguard T-EI60/25-3 TVI
- Frame: Reynaers FlameLine 60
This successful result adds a new tested combination to the Pyroguard Protect portfolio, providing specifiers and fabricators with an additional solution for applications requiring up to 60 minutes of fire resistance.
The FlameLine 60 system can also be integrated with Reynaers ConceptWall 50-FP curtain walling, enabling a coordinated, fire-resistant façade solution.
