Pyroguard Protect EI30 reaching new boundaries with Forster Fuego Light
We’re extremely pleased to share our latest test success featuring our largest manufactured glass pane to date.
The successful test took place in the Efectis laboratory in France using a new Pyroguard Protect product variant; Pyroguard T-EI30/21-2, with a pane size of 2300 mm x 3300 mm in a Forster Fuego Light 30 system. The test comfortably met the target requirements, achieving classifications EI30, EI40, EW45 and E75 meaning we can now offer an extended range of applications for steel partitions.
This is a first for us and signifies our continued target to increase dimensions and expand our capabilities. This step forward provides greater choice and flexibility. You can have confidence in our fire safety glass solutions.
Pyroguard Protect is a range of toughened fire safety glass which provides integrity and heat insulation for 30 to 180 minutes (EI Classification). The solution provides 1B1 impact classification, high performing acoustic properties and UV stability.
