Technical Sales Manager (Iberia)

The Technical Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director in Iberia and will be responsible for the sales activity in Central/South Spain (other regions may be considered, according to the candidate) with a specific focus in the project segment.

Your main duties:

  • Prospecting new customers (fabricators, installers)
  • Project follow up (technical support to specifiers, contractors, etc.)
  • Account management
  • Technical support aligned with the Iberia team
  • 360 degree sales cycle management, keeping CRM records up-to-date
  • Forecasting
  • Establish relationships with key players in the sector
  • Overall support to the Iberia team

You are expected to have the knowledge, skills and abilities to:

  • 3-5 years experience in glass or system profiles (doors, windows, façades)
  • Understanding of fire rated systems is desirable
  • Know-how on construction
  • Customer and result oriented
  • Actively takes ownership, initiative and responsibility
  • Professional conflict management skills
  • Team player

You are likely to have received an education or be competent in:

  • University degree (desirable)
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages desired (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Driving license
